How are projects priced?+
Defined projects are usually priced by milestone. Ongoing work is billed on a recurring schedule. The exact scope, fees, currency, and due dates are agreed in writing before work begins.
How are payments handled?+
Payments are accepted against an issued invoice using the methods shown on that invoice. Card payments may be processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card details on this website.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?+
You may cancel before work starts for a refund of amounts paid, less any non-refundable third-party costs disclosed in advance. Once work begins, completed work and committed costs are payable; any unused prepaid amount is refunded according to the signed agreement.
How is information handled?+
We use enquiry and project information only to respond, deliver contracted services, keep required business records, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
